Browser Update: Google Chrome 5.0.375.99

chromelogo Google has released a new version of their Chrome browser, updating the browser to version 5.0.375.99 on Linux, Mac and Windows Systems.

This update to 5.0.375.99, is stated to fix the following errors that have been occurring in the browser:

LOW

  • [46575] Annoyance with print dialogs. Credit to Mats Ahlgren.

MEDIUM

  • [42575] [42980] Isolate sandboxed iframes more strongly. Credit to sirdarckcat of Google Security Team.

HIGH

  • [43488] Memory corruption with invalid SVGs. Credit to Aki Hekin of OUSPG; wushi of team509.
  • [44424] Memory corruption in bidi algorithm. Credit to wushi of team509.
  • [45983] Memory corruption with invalid PNG (libpng bug). Credit to Aki Helin of OUSPG.
  • [46360] Memory corruption in CSS style rendering. Credit to wushi of team509.
